Upload a document for a company change request

/v1/developer-portal/company/change-request/documents

Uploads a new document as part of the pending change request. The document
is staged separately and does not replace the approved document until
the change request is approved by an admin.

Allowed: application/pdf, image/jpeg, image/png, up to 10 MB.
Uploading the same document kind replaces the previous staged document.

Remove a staged document from a change request
